1. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call and email containing your order number and estimated delivery time.
2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed. To request modifications, please email us at hi@dashcases.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, new items cannot be added, but you can place a new order for additional items. If you need to remove items, contact customer service to cancel the order so a new one can be placed.
3. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your shipment details, including the tracking number (AWB) and the courier company's name. You can track your order on the courier's website or by emailing us at hi@dashcases.com. Tracking is also available on our website.
4. Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping costs depend on your location and delivery options. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the payment confirmation screen before processing your order.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery with an additional charge of Rs.99. Note that this option does not include cash back or free gifts. For better deals, choose online payment.
